About client’s request

In order to normalize active life in the pandemic conditions and ensure the convenience of attending sports matches, it was necessary to create an application through which users can easily buy tickets to matches and immediately receive all information about the conditions of attendance. As well as ordering PCR tests or vaccinations directly in the app, if they’re requested for attending a match.

The test results and vaccination QR Code should be stored in the app as an implemented API to read the QR Codes when stadium staff enter the match.

What was important for the client according to the current case study on coronavirus application development — to implement an ecosystem of several products that would work in different directions, such as: ticket sales, express tests, tests for Covid-19 antibodies, vaccinations, and restaurant table reservations. These services can be used by any public places that are most often closed for the epidemiological quarantine period.


The client's main business goal was to normalize attendance at sporting events in England during the pandemic by having stadiums cooperate with the product owner

Work Process

Initially, we received a complete scheme of the project and design for some areas — the admin panel, ticket purchase system, API for the SQRC code scanner.

Our team built a microservice architecture, which called us in a short time to implement several directions in the product (several web solutions and a mobile application).

To minimize the inconvenience of the stadium staff and a more comfortable system of document control we implemented an API to read the QR Codes, which allows users to read QR codes of tests and vaccinations directly in the app.

The project is split into 6 sections using the same database structure:
